Sometimes the writing isn’t the problem. The project simply hasn’t found its focus.
Narrative Development looks beneath the individual words and scenes to examine the larger work — what the story is really about, where its emotional and thematic weight lies, what belongs, what may be getting in the way, and whether its structure, tone and central idea are working together.
It isn’t about replacing your story with somebody else’s. It is about gaining an outside creative perspective that can help reveal what may already be trying to emerge from your own work.

Collaborative Development goes beyond providing advice from the sidelines. It is an opportunity to explore an idea together — developing characters, worlds, narrative possibilities, different mediums and directions that may not have been apparent when the project began.
